Today my Zero Week training plan stated I might run again! even though I was Camiseta AZ Alkmaar still a bit sore yesterday I am itching to run again, so I was excited!!

But, I understood I had to take it slow. When I injured my IT Band after the Disney world Marathon it wasn’t up until my very first healing run that it started to hurt. I wished to be cautious as well as listen to my body so I invited Ben to run with me. This method I would have to do a run/walk. We did half running half walking for 3 miles. My legs feel great (considering the abuse I just put them with Sunday) so I believe I’m fine to run once again tomorrow or Saturday.

I used my new long beach Marathon tech shirt. I’m quite delighted with it.

Last year’s style was extremely different. I believe the grey with blue stripe was a lot more sporty, however kinda hot to wear in the summer.

A huge part of the reason I wished to run once again was my new shoes!!! keep in mind I got the Ghost 3s in eco-friendly provided the day after the race?! I’ve been wanting to take them for a spin run ever since.

Breakfast was extremely fluffy eggs with chuckling Cow cheese as well as ketchup / PB&J  as well as chia toast.

Question: What is your preferred afternoon snack?
