Brown Rice Salad with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

2 bundles microwave brown rice (or the quick cook kind)

1 can beans of your option – except jelly beans

1 can eco-friendly peas

1 bundle Oriental slaw mix

1/2 cup peanuts

1 cup peanut dressing – I utilized that Tamari *Gluten free sauce below

Sriracha – optional, kinda.

 

Directions: Make brown rice according to bundle directions. mix all ingredients. season with salt as well as pepper to taste. let set an hour or more (you can make this the day before as well as stir before serving).
