Lunch! Last night I made the salmon salad with canned salmon, mayo, pickles, onions and curry powder. With watermelon, carrots and a wrap this lunch took a long time to eat and was the most satisfying lunch I’ve had in a long time! I didn’t need the diet Coke, but made an executive decision that it was good for my soul even if it’s bad for my body.
Dessert = chocolate Calcium Chew A few days ago Meghann and I were talking about her upcoming 5K. (She is very fast by the way!) It occurred to me that I’ve never ran a 5K. I ran one 10K as the start to my official racing profession years ago and from there did a half marathon and fell in love with that distance.
