Step Back in Marathon training as well as Binging concern

Today I took a long Gatorade as well as my Spibelt to hold my phone as well as emergency money. You know, since getting a Panera bagel is an emergency sometimes

I packed some Poweraid chews in my fuel pocket. These are so difficult to eat though as well chewy, take permanently to get down. I keep trying to eat chews since I have a ton of them, however they just don’t work for me.
